EU Right of Withdrawal
How to request a withdrawal
EU customers can request to cancel or withdraw from an eligible order by using the withdrawal option available through their order page, customer account, or by contacting our support team. Customers located in the United Kingdom are not covered by the EU right of withdrawal policy. UK customers should refer to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Return condition
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging where possible.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund according to our return policy and applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Exempt products
Some products may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU consumer rules, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that have been opened after delivery
- Digital products or services where the customer has agreed to immediate access or performance
- Other products excluded under applicable consumer laws
